Freelance writing, SMF Magazine, topic: music/ entertainment, pays $10-$20 per 250-word article

SMF Magazine is currently looking for a committed freelance writer who is comfortable writing on a wide variety of topics. This is a email-intensive position and can be completed from any location, though all of our writers are currently in the US.

The typical workload is online research and articles dealing with the following topics in the urban entertainment industry:

*Books
*Press Releases
*Website Content
*Music
*Movies
*Models
*Poets
*Business
*Relationships
*Family
*Career
*Dating
*Music Reviews
*Movie Reviews

To qualify you need:

*Expertise with English spelling, grammar and conventions.
*Access to email throughout the day.
*The ability and willingness to write.
*Be reaching by phone

Pay is on a per-project basis. All projects have their pay rate attached. $10 for 250 words is around a minimum rate for a week deadline and $20 for 250 words is around a minimum rate for a one day deadline. Many projects do pay above this rate, and certain project types, such as press releases, Music projects and full-book ghostwriting almost always pay above this rate.

You can choose what projects you wish to write and a check goes out weekly for those projects you have completed. We also provide payments through Pay Pal. We strongly prefer those who would like many projects for us rather than those who only want to take a project once in a while.
