I am looking for someone to rewrite 3 of my articles. Two of them are already accepted and published on articlebase.com. You can see them here:

I submitted the 3 articles to ezinearticles.com in the first place but they were rejected because they did not comply with the editorial guidelines of ezinearticles.com.
Since the articles were in the meantime accepted by articlebase, they have to be rewritten so that they are unique before submitting them again to ezinarticels.com.
Also, I would like that the articles are SEO-optimized and rang well in Google. I am targeting the keywords “real estate Germany” and “real estate Berlin Germany”.
However, the most important thing for me is that the articles are accepted and published by ezinarticles.com.
My budget is $20 per article; that means $60 for all 3 articles. I would prefer to pay 50 % upfront and the rest when the articles are accepted and published by ezinearticles.com.
Please send me some of your examples and your track-record with ezinearticles, because I want to make sure that the articles will be accepted.
Also, let me see that you have SEO-experience with regard to article writing.
I will send you the third article (that is still reviewed by articlebase) and the emails I received from ezinarticles explaining why they rejected my articles (although I couldn´t understand the explanation anyway).
As for communication, please email me at Stawrew@gmx.de because I live in Berlin, Germany and there is a significant time difference between the US or Asia and Europe. So, it will be difficult to find a time that is good for both of us to talk on the phone.
