Blog -Media Release Writer (North Palm Beach)

ARISE is a non-profit foundation established in 1986. We are seeking a Blog-Media Release writer who will play a vital role in ARISE's success in reaching those who care for and about troubled youth on a local, national, and international basis.

ARISE has a remarkable story to tell and we are anxious to connect with a person of passion and compassion able to tell the world there is hope for high-risk young men and women who have made serious mistakes. Compensation $10-15 per blog posting (depending on size and research if necessary); $20-25 per media release. We prefer the applicant live in our office area (near North Palm Beach).*

Primary Responsibilities

• Writing of blog posts
• Writing short P.R. or press releases (articles)
• Update the ARISE Facebook pages

Qualifications

• Experienced individual with a bright outlook on life.You have an outstanding ability to express ideas in a clean, crisp manner.
•A+ Editing skills.All writing must be grammaticly correct.No spelling errors.
• Word Press, Microsoft office suite
• Strong research skills
• Self motivated
• Social media marketing experience a huge plus

ARISE will furnish all materials for the blog and media release copy, as a result these will not be time consuming assignments.

Telecommuting is acceptable however we request short face- to- face meetings from time- to- time to discuss projects and strategies.
