Freelance job, editor for trade book manuscript, payment: $500-$750 for 83,000 words (Las Vegas)

I am looking for a Las Vegas based Editor/Proofreader. It will be beneficial but not required, if you have studied editing and/or journalism at an undergraduate or graduate level and have experience editing full-length manuscripts for the general trade book market. You must be willing and capable of editing both the original manuscript and the laid out pages before they go to press. The manuscript is approximately 83,000 words. My budget is allocated for between 500.00 to 750.00 for the editing/proofreading process. The amount to be paid will be determined on education and experience.
