Freelance job, query letter writer for novel, payment: $50

I have a 55k word completed novel that I am ready to submit to agents, but I am having a hard time writing a compelling query letter. I need someone who has worked for a literary agency and/or publisher that knows exactly what to write to grab an agent's attention.
