I am looking for a blogger to write one 500 word post (+/-) per day for $10/post (30 posts and $300/m) and one link bait post per month of around 2000 words for $100.

So the total work I have is $400/m, paid via Paypal.

The niche is Online Education. You'll be expected to constantly write about careers and the degrees required to enter those careers as well as schools in the USA, news related to schools, tips and tricks for people in the online educational system or considering it, as well as ideal software/hardware, and any other advice related to the topic. The focus will be on the US, but you can also compare other countries, and discuss issues relating to them that could eventually be issues in the USA.

Any of the how to apply steps not followed will instantly filter you from potentially getting the job. I only hire people that can remember to follow instruction, though the position will require you to primarily manage yourself.

I will help with ideas, guidance, and will, if you are interested, continually teach you everything I am learning or have learned.

I'm primarily looking for someone that can see themselves doing this for a minimum of 4-6 months, but the position does not have any end date on it. (I understand getting burned out by a topic, but I need someone that will last more than a month or two).
