inforusia.eu - an all-online news-agency covering russian realities is looking for experienced journalists to write news, interview, feature, politcal and entertainment stories. We're looking for a few writers that can contribute on a regular basis.
Most stories will be assigned by the editorial staff, but we also encourage story ideas. Must adhere to inforusia.eu style. Completed stories range from 300-500 words for a news story, 500-1,000 words for a feature or entertainment story, to 1,500 words for an interview or cover story. Quick turn-arounds may be required to meet weekly deadlines.
We are also looking for freelance reporters and photographers to cover government meetings, local events, and sports from the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazahstan, Azerbaijan, Moldova and other ICS countries.
Pay range, based on experience:
1) High school and college students to cover local sports (pay range: $5-20 per story)
2) College students and people out of college to cover local events, business profiles, and basic government stories (pay range: $15-$35 per story)
3) Professional journalists to cover government meetings, feature stories (pay range: $25-$45 per story)
