Freelance job, article writer for company website, payment: $500 for 3-4 pages

I am looking for a talented writer to put together a compelling article (about 3-4 pages with photo's and other graphic insets) regarding a Christmas topic. The article will be posted to our company's website. Ideally the article will include a decent amount of research, contain a few quotes, and some photographs (with permission). Although we aren't requiring the article be laid out by the writer, that would be a plus but again, not required. We are hoping to have the article within a couple of weeks.
