I am looking for a tech-minded writer who has SEO writing experience (this is a must!!). You will be writing two 500-word technology-focused articles (in the phone and email space). If you love technology and are a creative person, this is for you! I'd like someone who can come up with article topics on their own, with a little guidance from me in terms of providing relevant keywords, etc. I want articles that are creative and varied in topic, not just bland, how-to articles. You will be working rather independently and must be able to do so. This is a long-term project, so I am thinking of trying a few people out first, and then just sticking with the writers who seem to work well with us.
Specs of the job:
- two 500-word articles about technology (specifically in the phone and email/Internet industries)
- submitted on a biweekly basis (again, I will try out a few people first and re-contact writers as I see fit)
- use appropriate SEO keywords, most likely provided by me
Qualities you have:
- tech enthusiast: you live and breath technology, so coming up with ideas and new things to write about should be a breeze
- creative: again, coming up with exciting article topics that still contain appropriate SEO keywords
- prompt: articles delivered on time; I don't have time to waste with people who can't make deadlines
- SEO writing experience: someone who understands what optimizing copy for search engines means, and how to do it effectively and in a non-spammy way (e.g. no keyword stuffing; quality content only)
- can work from home: this is a remote contract position so you will be working from your own location
