New York area firm is recruiting candidates to conduct fine dining and other hospitality assignments in New York City, Hoboken, New Jersey Shore, Washington DC, and other locations in the Tri-State area.

Evaluations or "shopping reports" are written online using a “journalistic, fact-based style" and are used by our clients to help them monitor food quality and other key aspects of guest service. You will observe, experience and report on what you encounter during your visit to the establishment, using our fact-gathering and reporting methodology and format. Evaluations are written online using our web-based shopping system. Reports are confidential and are not published.

We seek sophisticated diners with excellent writing, communication and observation skills, with an ability to follow our methodology and instructions. Meal, bar and other shop-related expenses, for two people, are reimbursed in accordance with our guidelines, in exchange for a detailed and comprehensive report. Some assignments include incentive pay ranging from $20-$75. Reimbursement for related meal/bar expenses generally range from approximately $75 to $240 for two people.
