Freelance writing, Condo Domain.com, pays $10-$20 per post (SF/ Dallas)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable freelance writer who can pull together some great stories all about Dallas and its surrounding neighborhoods like Richarson, Preston Hollow, etc.; and San Francisco neighborhoods like The Haight, the Mission, etc.

The Job

We currently have 1-2 job openings for the San Francisco blogging team, which would require each individual to commit to writing about 10-20 blog posts per month.

Our Company

Because CondoDomain is a unique, Internet-based real estate brokerage, our central aim is to bring our customers the best experience through all of the available luxury high-rise developments and MLS listings on our website. And an even bigger part is our editorial group that gets all of the information about all the newest, hottest properties and neighborhoods—what's going on in these areas? What's going to draw people to them?

Bonus

Some prior work with Wordpress and/or having purchased or sold a home before, are all major pluses, but of course, neither are required.

Payment:

We compensate you on a per post basis by using scale that ranges from $5 for a quick blurb with a few links all the way to a $100 for post including something like a video interview. But usually the majority of the posts will be $10-$20 editorials.
