Freelance writing. NBC's The Feast.com, pays $350-$550 for 15-25 posts per week

NBC Local Media's The Feast/Shop (www.thefeast.com/sanfrancisco/shopping) is looking for a S.F. fashion and shopping writer who can contribute 3-5 LOCAL blog posts each weekday, Monday - Friday, throughout the day.

Applicants must have a strong background in fashion editorial and be up on your city's boutique/indie designer/style scene. Writers will be expected to both pitch their own local stories and write stories assigned to them, in a manner that is intelligent and in-the-know. Experience shooting and editing flip-cam video is a huge plus.

Please send up to 5 links to specific clips (or write a local fashion/shopping related 200 word post for us), along with a brief description of your work experience. Enclose IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL, not attachments. Applicants without samples will not be considered.

Location: San Francisco

Compensation: $350 - $550/week depending on frequency of posting and video experience

Telecommuting is ok.
