Have a nose for news in your neighborhood? A local newspaper is looking for a new Pikesville columnist. Required for the job: a desire to serve the community and residency in Pikesville. The columnist would write a monthly article that would include snippets of information about local people, announcements and goings-on. Candidates will be asked to write a sample column, but writing ability is secondary to an ability to produce relevant and interesting content.

Location: Pikesville

Compensation: $35 per column, 1 column per month
