We are a new publisher who publishes mostly ebooks and a few trade paper backs. Our ebooks are listed with Amazon.com (kindle), Barnes and Noble (Nook), Apple, Sony, Mobipocket.com, and dozens more.
We are currently open to receiving submissions for ebooks. We are looking for short stories and novels. No erotica or excessive language please. We will be publishing the stories as e-books.
We pay royalties of about 10%. You keep the rights to your work. We ask that you allow us to publish your work for at least three years. We pay royalties twice a year.
The minimum length is 10,000 words. No maximum. Please only send work that is finished. Make sure your work is polished (spelling and grammar). We are only (right now) taking submissions from the United States.
We are looking for short stories and novels in-
1. Science Fiction (futuristic adventures, aliens, etc.)
2. Fantasy (dragon, magic, fairy tales, sword and sorcery, etc.)
3. Horror (zombie, vampire, etc.)
4. Mystery (who done it, detective, etc.)
If you are not 18 yrs. or older let us know your age in the cover letter. You may submit more than one story at a time. Make sure each one has its own cover letter if using snail mail and a separate email if submitting electronically.
You must own the electronic rights to your work. If you are unsure (and the work is published) ask your publisher. If the work has never been published then you do own the electronic rights.
To submit by email please include your last name followed by the name of the story in the subject line.
In the email please include the following in the body of the email:
1. where you heard about our site
2. your name
3. name of story
4. genre: fantasy, science fiction, mystery, or horror
5. word count (10,000 word minimum)
6. your age if under 18 years
7. a few lines describing your story
8. paste the first three pages of your story in the body of the email
9. attach your story as a .doc
10. make sure to add pandoraproject@pandoraprojectpublisher.com to your spam filter. We will contact you by email.
