CBSBaltimore.com is currently seeking a freelance blogger for a new feature called Defend Your Ride.
Defend Your Ride is photos and text based. You would find everyday people and photograph/interview them at a local or iconic hotspot with their car. Defend Your Ride is all about:
1. The person - who are they and what makes them interesting
2. Their car - we're looking for cars less than 5 years old
3. The location - a local landmark, hot spot, or well-known area
Each feature (or post) consists of 5 photos and the interview text. We've trialled this in other markets and have been very happy with the results. The freelancers have previously recorded the interviews and then went back and transcribed them - so they had the opportunity to polish/shape/produce the interviews.
This is a great opportunity to build your portfolio by being published on a CBS website.

If you are interested, please email me. Include any examples of previous work you have including websites or blogs. If you don't have much previous experience, but you're interested in picking up a camera, meeting people, photographing them, and interviewing them for CBS, then tell me why your a good fit for the job.
