Newspaper in the Sea Gate Community located next to Coney Island in Brooklyn, NY

is seeking steady freelance reporters.



Writers are paid on a per assignment basis, at $30 to $50 for each assignment based on the article and experience.



Candidates should be willing to take digital pictures, and must live in Coney Island or immediate area.



We are a community newspaper and therefore reporters will cover community news: local government board meetings, zoning issues, outdoor community events, persons of interest, etc.
